While many Java provinces host international level medical facilities, other people from rural, or even different Islands still have terrible facilities, services, or . Or usually, it takes hours to even get your medicines after getting your conditions diagnosed or treated.

While major Java provinces boast international-standard medical facilities, populations in rural areas and outer islands struggle with inadequate infrastructure, inconsistent service quality, and substandard medical evaluation protocols. Even after diagnosis, patients often endure hours-long waits for prescriptions and treatment. These systemic inefficiencies create barriers that prevent timely, effective care delivery. Therefore, as Indonesians, and also one of the descendant in the non-Java island region, we are determined to help to increase the effectiveness of our healthcare system based on our expertise, which is using Telemedicine with AI Agent.
